  1. My fondest memory is one of Go-Go Nate hustlin his tapes and spittin rhymes on New Jersey Ave over by the new Dunbar. No body had a more ill flow or look than Go-Go Nate. And he is still doing it, I copped a CD from him two weeks ago on New Jersey Ave. That is 20+ years… Go-Go Nate = Classic DC!

  2. It may or may not weird you out to know that a goofy white girl in McLean owns a cat named Cool “Disco” Dan, mostly because he has Day-Glo green eyes suggested disco and I’d been seeing your graffitti around Washington DC since I was a little girl.

My husband was from Charlotte so the significance of the cat’s name had to be explained to him of course, but it is always interesting to tell people from DC/MD/VA about the cat and see who knows instantly who Cool “Disco” Dan is and who needs it explained.

Anyway, hello, and please know that Cool “Disco” Dan is my favorite of my cats.

    CC
